Friday, December 11, 2015 - Gresca: a pre-Xmas lunch (Gresca Restaurant - Barcelona): Bottle previously opened for 1 hour. Certainly if served blind, wouldn't have guessed a 13 year old wine but it's clearly a warm vintage.

Dark in appearance, plenty of black fruit, black licorice and kirsh liquour. It shows very young in palate, being very powerful with present tannins. I didn't feel it heavy but obviously in the powerful and bold type of wines side. A wine to keep that may be enjoyed with proper decant. 92-93
