Sunday, March 31, 2024 - Opened, allowed to warm up, and served. Medium body, solid ruby. Very floral nose with some licorice and menthol. Nice acidity and balance - lithe and aging well. The nose is quite distinct and classy. Decent fruit and not overly dense. Not as good on day two so I would suggest this is fairly mature at present.
