Tuesday, July 11, 2023 - Opened for 3 hours. Coming back to my 2nd and last bottle after 3 years. Nose: Plum, violets, pepper, cassis, cinnamon and a bit of beef blood. On the palate: Plum, dark chocolate, cassis, pepper, beef blood and violets. This is a nice wine.
