Friday, November 10, 2023 - Yellow in color, intense but not excessively deep. Perfectly kept bottle from Spectrum. Nose exudes apricot, nectarine, honey. Then the palate shows medium acidity and an explosion of stone fruits, green tea, honeycomb, with a long vanilla ending.
The wine is layered, complex, extraordinarily drinkable with a medium body. Feels still fresh but the age starts showing in added complexity. A real treat - a great wine.
