Friday, April 26, 2024 - Wonderful rich mouthful of almonds, ripe yellow peach, candied lemon zest and tangerine. There are also quite pronounced vanilla and cedar notes here, long with the first butterscotch and caramel tertiary notes. Long and complex. Drink now unless you like the tertiary flavours.
