Tuesday, December 19, 2017 - Only Sauvignon I purchase regularly is Paul et Francois Cotat. Clearly I've been missing out as this Austrian Sauvignon is wonderful. Restrained nose, with a hint of lychee on the second night. Otherwise a beautifully balanced bottle with acid drive, mineral backbone and none of the overly grassy/gooseberry elements of many Euro SBs nor the tropical fruit aspects of CA SBs. Will purchase again.
