Saturday, March 14, 2020 - Again this is an awesome Cabernet. That said from a winemaker who swore not to make a Cabernet (supposedly) years ago. The wine is just so elegant with fresh squeezed blueberry fruit nose in combination with a touch of sulphur. In mouth the juice is forward and definitely blue fruits influenced which leads to its elegant and mild acidic mouthfeel. Overall medium weight with balanced tannins. Feels about ready right now to drink.
