Sunday, March 29, 2020 - Very dark. Meaty, cocoa powder, resin. Not a lot of fruit action going on in the nose. Medium to full-bodied. Bright acid to give it some lift. Blackberry, slightly woody, savoury, touch herbal, soy sauce. Good length. Wonderful food wine, but also very nice to drink by itself. Tannins already soft. Quite enjoyable now.
