Monday, December 7, 2015 - Pale tawny colour with some deposit. The nose is slightly bretty and fully-developed, showing medium+ intensity aromas of cedar, white pepper, tobacco, black olives, jammy plums and leather.

It is dry in the mouth with a medium+ fresh acidity. It has medium soft tannins and a medium alcohol. It has a medium body and medium+ intensity flavours with red cherry notes. It has a medium+ finish.

It is delicate and harmonious albeit a bit austere. Somewhat bretty but more on the savoury than the stinky side.
