Saturday, October 2, 2021 - From a beautiful magnum this time , open and left to rest for a good 2 hours. It’s soft and fragile so we would suggest not decanting this ( take care though Fokine sediment) and not have it open for long before serving, max 30 mins.
What more can we say about this great wine that we have not yet said in 14 tastings ( always over 93) over 11 years… frankly if one loves good old school well matured claret this is your wine and is probably the best value wine too. 95
