Saturday, September 5, 2020 - Pop and pour, this was quite sour and seemed to be well past prime. It did pick up some steam in the 1+ hour we drank it. Sour cherry, anise, some funk, definitely rustic. I almost dumped it for a bottle of something else (life's too short) but my wife stopped me.
