Tuesday, April 26, 2022 - Ristorante da Bucolo. Blend of Nero d’Avola and Syrah (14% vol).
We had 2 bottles, both PnP. Dark fruited with a hint of leather, smooth tannin, medium acidity, rather on the heavy side, good length. OK but nothing more, missing either the precision or the uniqueness, drink within the next year.
