Saturday, June 19, 2021 - (Decanted for one and a half hour)
Deep red colour with a pleasant nose showing violets, warm fruity note combined with some wood, fresh herbs and forest floor in a nice and pleasant way. Tannins still showing on the palate with an intense fruity sweetness and a lengthy finish showing some herbs. Nice and pleasant, and should reward a few more extra years of cellaring.
