Saturday, May 8, 2010 - Excellent. Decanted for four hours. Sweet and smooth on the front and middle with some dry tannins on the finish. Some mineral and soil elements are apparent here. Paired well with steak. I've had the 2000 Beaumont and this was consistent with that great effort.
