90 Points

Saturday, October 3, 2020 - Blueberry, redcurrant, raspberry jam and some ground pepper on the nose. The medium-bodied palate continues with the same ingredients, adding sweetish fruit and decent acidity. Fine-grained tannins and a long finish, tapering towards the fruit and spices. This is a successful marriage of attractive sweet fruit and solid structure, coupled with some spiciness. Drink now if you want still to catch the last rays of the sweet primary fruit, or hold if you want the more serious side to emerge. Also, an excellent burger wine.
