Tuesday, January 29, 2019 - I was surprised to find this was better than the last time I tasted this wine. This time it was not so thin or hot. Some medicinal flavors, cherry, and a bit of fruit. The odd nutty flavor was gone. Maybe last bottle was somewhat flawed. I'd still say this is not an exceptional wine, particularly given other 2010s in Montalcino, but it is good. Wish I had another bottle to see if it gets better...
