Saturday, August 15, 2020 - Wine has been cellared at 60 degrees and 55% humidity since purchased in 2017. Decanted for 1.5 hours and served with grilled ribeye. Very nice for price paid. Classic Brunello profile with good fruit and soft tannins. Plan to consume other bottle soon.
