Tuesday, May 31, 2022 - Dense dark core with a light crimson hue. Dry spicy aroma, tomato bush, pepper, turmeric, dark fruit. Plum, blueberry, milk chocolate. Powdery persistent tannin, fresh acidity. Medium to full body, long finish.
Requires a good decanting, still requires a few more years for my taste for the tannin to soften. Good quality, long life ahead.
