Sunday, December 31, 2023 - Still too young! Typical characteristics of the 2005 vintage. Backwards and tannic! Despite being 18 years old, it seems like it is only a few years old! Decanted for 12 hours. I think it still needs 5-10 years further aging to be at its plateau.

Anticipated maturity 2026 to 2032.
