Saturday, September 25, 2010 - My patience ran out and decided to pop this beauty..extreamly dark ruby in color...Once the the cork was poped I knew it was open for business..The aromatics of this wine was outrageous..Dark fruit, dark chocalate, baked spices and a wonderful floral component filled my glass...Palate: Dark fruit along with spice and chocalate but things changed on the mid palate, I got some creamy oak and a green tea component on the backend...Extreamly well balanced with fine grained tannins...The merlot really stood out which gave this wine a very silky mouthfeel..It is drinking well now but has a long life ahead of it...I will be adding a few in the near future..Cheers!!!
