Saturday, May 27, 2017 - Decanted and drank over an hour. Probably needed a couple of hours in the decanter. Nose of cedars, sweet tobacco, raspberries and candied flowers, supple entry on the palate, decent weight and acidity but not as complex as I expected. Decent finish with tannins well coated by the dark red fruits. Next bottle I will let breathe in the decanter much longer and will re-rate the wine accordingly.
