Saturday, February 14, 2009 - Beautiful wine with fabulous scents of crushed flowers, dried berries, oak, shaved chocolate, and spice box. Really smooth and refreshing palate gushing with black cherry, oak and hints of green tea. This is all based on a second day tasting. It did not rate this high on the first day. Strong tannins, detectable alcohol, very nice balance and finish. This wine is very good now, but it has some growing up to do.
