Thursday, December 15, 2022 - Produttori Asili 2013 Day 3. On the nose, the licorice is very present with anise and sweet clove notes, giving way to wild flowers, violets and alluring scents, with hints of dusty notes. Very nice. On the palate - sour red cherries, licorice, hints of sweet clove and cola, great elegance and balance and great texture; some chalky tannins and herbs. Elegant but still powerful. With more air some umami / blue cheese notes appear. 95/100
