Monday, July 14, 2014 - Fabulous wine that really transformed over the course of the evening. It opened with pink grapefruit as the main feature on the nose. With air, this mellowed and was replaced with lush, tropical fruit notes. Interesting that the Prum apple/pear profile was not present here. Not to worry as the wine was complete and a real joy to drink. (93)
