Wednesday, December 5, 2018 - Pop and pour, textbook eucalyptus on this wine. Very slightly cooling, herbal, almost aloe vera in characteristic. The wine was tasty but slightly one-dimensional. The eucalyptus seemed to push out the other flavors that I could tell were present.
