Friday, October 9, 2009 - CT Offline (Restaurant Saul, Brooklyn, NY): Pale yellow color. Nose of white fruits, citrus, some hazelnut and minerals. Similar palate, crisp yet nicely balanced and not overoaked. Nice pairing with the amuse bouche.
