Tuesday, January 17, 2017 - An interesting and nuanced Sauvignon Blanc. While it does have a lot of acidity from the start through to the medium length finish, it also has some captivating fruit flavors. There is a large amount of grapefruit with nuanced lemon rind with a touch of mango on the finish. The finish is medium length with lingering flavors of that mango fruit. I got better as I drank through the bottle but it's initial impressions were mediocre
