Thursday, December 20, 2018 - Slow oxed for 5 hours before serving. Amazing acidity. Stone fruit, citrus, vanilla toast and chalk on the nose. Palate had beautiful layers with a lemon squeeze on the finish. Very nice. Should age gracefully if theres no premox. Definitely Moreau’s best vintage.
