Saturday, July 23, 2022 - Took a while to open up and for some sulfur to blow off. Eventually cedar and spice aromas became apparent. Palate gained richness but shows a lot of restraint. Acidity is still very much intact, with an almost electric presence.Tannins are still quite grippy too. Current drinking window is set to end in a couple of years, but this wine sure feels like it's got more than that in it.
