Sunday, March 7, 2021 - Somewhat surprised by the reviews, I thought this was one of the better cabs I have had this year. Double decanted and let sit for a bit. Nose was sweet tobacco like a Nat Sherman Hampton. Milk chocolate, vanilla blended with ripe blackberry and blueberry. Nose is not big and bold but pleasant fun to keep coming back too, plenty of secondary scents. Black pepper flowers eat. On the palate fruit forward and slightly sweet but not over the top fruit bomb, soft and velvety as you roll it around the mouth. Really interesting fun drink really enjoyed. Will get more.
