Tuesday, March 12, 2024 - Started off muted, medicinal and sweaty, but opened up nicely over the course of the evening. Needed that air so bad. Strawberries and some bright cherry fruits, building up to a bitter and spicy finish, this is lesser than the Beaumonts 2007 and Suchots 2010 today, but still makes an interesting pour.
