Tuesday, April 10, 2018 - The nose was wonderfully pretty with ripe apple, ginger spices, stone dust and perfumed florals. On the palate, I found soft textures giving way to ripe apple, melon and inner floral tones with hints of roasted hazelnut and minerals. The finish was mineral-laden and long with lingering acids and dried floral tones.
