Monday, February 26, 2024 - This was really enjoyable throughout the evening and did not require a decant. Agreed about what others said about relatively lower acidity, but this worked quite brilliantly with a range of food of upscale regional Cantonese banquet with a lot of savory soy sauce and light spices with its fruit forward palate and nose. It worked with marinated goose breast, heavier flavored vegetables, and even pan fried noodles.
