Friday, September 4, 2009 - Out of a 375, this took a full 24 hrs to balance out some youthful astringency and once it did, it was very nice. Lime, tangerine, and orange honey riding some compact acidity that made it a little "bleachy" on the first day. Servable with meal or dessert, solid qpr. Open day before.
