Saturday, October 25, 2014 - I could smell this forever. Candied pineapple, mango, dried apricots and that distinct botrytis aroma. The big concentration of those classic Sauternes aromas and flavors plus just enough acidity to prevent it from being too syrupy and cloying make this a real winner. Latches on to the back of your tongue and lingers for a good minute. Paired with foie gras, because life is short. Having trouble thinking of any better ways to spend $22
