Sunday, May 8, 2016 - Everything I look for in a Sauternes (paired extremely well with ricotta and lemon cake): tension, tactile, light botrytis, ripe and confit orange zest, pineapple, apricot and freshness. Ready to go and for holding 5-7 years easily.
