Monday, May 26, 2008 - Pale gold, typical sauternes nose and taste of tropical fruit/apricots with a bit of alcohol hotness, not as unctuous as some but a very nice, smooth feel. And obviously very young. Good QPR. (Edited to add: after a week in the fridge (open and recorked) it was even better. Really excellent. Terrific value.)
