Friday, August 5, 2022 - I haven't opened a bottle of this wine in over 10 years. I'm happy to report that not only has it improved, but it's also in fantastic shape. From 375ml, this wine is still youthful both in appearance and flavor. There's been a touch of development, but the wine still has very nice tropical fruit and citrus, without much overt sweetness. This made it a great wine to go with blue cheese as dessert.
