Wednesday, August 29, 2007 - A great big wine that softened and improved greatly with a bit of time in the glass. Dark, almost black color with black fruit notes and a bit of oak. Medium finish. This wine is big enough to take on strong food flavors including mustard, catsup and tomato sauce based food. Should improve over the next two years.
