Monday, September 21, 2020 - Basically my same notes as last year:
Developed nose with ripe peaches, grapefruit, cream & just a touch of nutty/buttery aromas. Palate is round (not soft or flabby) with a sharp line of acidity down the middle. Buttered croissant flakes over buttered popcorn, lemon tart, candied orange peel, flint.
