Friday, October 23, 2020 - Popped and poured out of a magnum. Fantastic enveloping and sophisticated nose of orchard fruit, white flowers. The palate is light golden, medium bodied and well balanced. Concentrated orchard fruit, crushed rocks and a little brioche come through. This is lighter, more restrained, but also more energetic than Kistler Chardonnay’s of earlier years. This is still quite youthful tasting and can continue to develop for another five years at least
