Tuesday, July 4, 2023 - The hyper-oxidative style of PP is partially tamed by the bright acidity of the vintage. Nice deep yellow that wants to be gold but isn’t there yet. Energetic and loaded with ginger and yellow fruit and hint of mustard. Maybe it’s too much to ask to expect a touch of elegance in this style.
