Wednesday, January 4, 2023 - Not your typical Pinot Noir as the wine was full bodied, with bold red fruits, refined tannins & a medium to long finish. Although my wife & I were aware we were drinking a Pinot Noir, as we tasted the wine, it reminded us more of a young Cab and/or a soft Syrah. Nevertheless, this Pinot Noir was very tasty and drinkable, and it was thoroughly enjoyed.
