Tuesday, January 5, 2021 - Deep golden color but not oxidized. Nose initially full of lemongrass and apple. Quickly muted. Palate still rich with lemon, apple pomegranate and butter. Drink within the next year or two. Definitely not too old to drink, but I wouldn't wait too much longer.
