Color: pale golden lemon approaching an amber color but still has yellow tinge.
Legs: N/A Nose: baked french bread, yeast, brioche, caramel clusters, lemon, orange, fruitcake, lemon candies,
Palate: brioche, orange, lemon, ginger, green apple, buttered toast, caramel,
Finish: Wow! Just plain wow! Hey, there’s just so much going on the palate here. Same notes here as on the palate and some other stuff I cannot describe.
Comments: This sparkling wine has just incredible depth and texture as everybody on CT describes! Best aged Champagne I’ve ever had.
Pairing Suggestions: caviar, oysters, tempura, shrimp, lobster, etc.
