Sunday, July 23, 2017 - Tasted blind, this wine had a medium yellow color, light rims, and persistent bubbles. The medium intensity nose needed a some air to show its best. The flavors centered around almond paste, white stone, and lemons.

In the mouth, this wine was crisp and clean with nice balance between fruit and minerals. I enjoyed the mineral oriented finish.

This bottle seemed to me to be in the zone. However, it will easily last 5+ years ( or longer if you like them with darker flavors).
