Saturday, February 23, 2019 - Luscious golden colour with fine bubbles. Wonderful rich floral nose with hint of brioche. Intense yet elegant on the palate with honey and ripe plums exploding in your mouth. A long and lingering beautiful finish. Perfect drinking window. Superbly paired with Ossetra caviar entree and Langoustine de Loctudy with courgette emulsion plat principal this time round.
