Wednesday, May 15, 2019 - Acker Auction - May 2019 (Zuma in NYC): This wine is just oh so young. it is crisp and fresh and tasty but also a bit higher on the acid side and feels like it needs a bit of time to settle into itself. Might recommend giving it a bit of time open if serving now.
