Thursday, November 11, 2021 - Second bottle was in significantly better/less oxidized shape than the first. A wonderful acidity that carries through a long finish provides structure; notes of apple, lemon, brioche, and just the right amount of nuttiness from age. Beautiful color in the glass as well.
