Saturday, November 28, 2020 - With a robust home-made sausage pizza.
Nose is dark fruit, tobacco, earth, ZIN.
Ruby color is no longer opaque, perhaps a touch of brick at the rim.
Great balance, lovely mouth-watering acid playing with mature tannin. Smoothed out nicely with some time in the glass. A great example of Zin.
